Jr. Rifle Course
Part of the Civilian
Marksmanship Program, the NRA Jr. Rifle Course teaches the principles of
firearms safety in the home and on the shooting range. Participants learn
the basics of rifle marksmanship under the supervision of experienced NRA
Certified Instructors. Deerfield Firearms Training Facility is committed
to training young people in the safe and proper handling of
firearms. Participants may wish to compete in various tournaments in New
York State.
Qualification certificates
and awards may be earned during the program. Students are awarded a
diploma upon completion of the course of instruction.
